Senior Salesforce Administrator

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform best practices in Salesforce configuration, support, and troubleshooting duties for the Grants Management System application.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, assign user profiles, permission sets, and related activities in Salesforce.
- Deploy Salesforce solutions as needed.
- Make recommendations for improving processes and best practices based on analysis.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and maintenance of help-related materials for users.
- Lead, organize, and maintain the security and efficiency of the Salesforce org.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce administration or implementation.
- At least 4 years of experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using Agile (Scrum) software development methodologies.
- 3 years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of application development, data, security, and prioritization in the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in Database/Analytics Systems development and deployment, as well as front-end visualization.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
