We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Collabera. As a Middleware Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the modernization of our key infrastructure and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and provide engineering-level support for Middleware products
  • Collaborate with Middleware Engineers and other discipline Engineers to provide design, implementation, and capacity planning
  • Work with Enterprise Architects and Developer community to set direction for various environments
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to Middleware operations teams
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Drive next-generation Identity management for our customers
  • Help drive automation into our infrastructure
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5-10+ years' experience administering Middleware products as a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer
  • Strong experience with automation methodologies
  • Strong experience working with Websphere and/or JBOSS in a UNIX/Linux environment
  • Strong performance diagnostic skills
  • Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Strong experience in providing assistance and training to lower-level web engineers
  • Self-starter with ability to adapt to change and motivated to champion continuous improvement
  • Curious and driven to acquire new skills autonomously
