Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Desk Officer. As a key member of our intelligence operations team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with users and partner organizations to provide vital intelligence data and support.
  • Monitor and analyze intelligence collection and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support operational elements using specialized applications and tools to enable mission objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support assigned programs and projects.
  • Prepare and present project updates to relevant agency personnel and associated IC agencies.
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
  • BA/BS and 7+ years of relevant experience; an additional 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels.
  • Experience and understanding of research and analysis methodologies in support of the intelligence life cycle.
  • Understanding of the Intelligence Community, their partners, and supporting/driving intelligence operational activities.
  • Demonstrated strength in written communication, specifically writing cables and intelligence reports.
  • Experience with customer databases and technical tools.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous customer experience as a Desk Officer, Reports Officer, or Staff Operations Officer.
  • Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations.
  • Familiarity working with targeting databases.
  • Experience using customer databases related to field communications.
  • Previous OCONUS field experience.
  • Regional expertise in specific geographic regions.
  • CI/HUMINT operational support experience.
