Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Liaison Specialist to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our customers and partners in the intelligence community.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise and Collaborate: Work closely with users and partner organizations to provide vital intelligence data and support operational elements.
  • Monitor and Analyze: Continuously monitor CI collection and analysis to ensure timely and accurate intelligence support.
  • Research and Support: Conduct research related to assigned programs/projects and provide expert support to operational elements using specialized applications and tools.
  • Present Updates: Prepare and present project updates to relevant agency personnel and associated IC agencies.
Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
  • Education and Experience: BA/BS and 3+ years of relevant experience; an additional 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to deal effectively, comfortably, and confidently with people at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank.
  • Research and Analysis: Experience and understanding of research and analysis methodologies in support of the intelligence life cycle.
  • Intelligence Community: Understanding of the Intelligence Community, their partners, and supporting/driving intelligence operational activities.
  • Written Communication: Demonstrated strength in written communication, specifically writing cables and intelligence reports.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with customer databases and technical tools.
Desired Qualifications
  • Customer Experience: Previous customer experience as a Desk Officer, Reports Officer, or Staff Operations Officer.
  • Intelligence Operations: Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations.
  • Targeting Databases: Familiarity working with targeting databases.
  • Customer Databases: Experience using customer databases related to field communications.
  • OCONUS Experience: Previous OCONUS field experience.
  • Regional Expertise: Regional expertise in specific geographic regions.
  • CI/HUMINT Experience: CI/HUMINT operational support experience.
