At the Commonwealth of Virginia, we are seeking a talented Claims Services Senior Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for reviewing correspondence, medical records, claims, data transmitted electronically, agreement forms, and other documents to perform routine follow-up until issues are resolved. You will also process agreement forms and provide general support and follow-up for order responses. In addition, you will assist with facilitation efforts for issues and provide assistance to customers and other departments as needed.
