Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Vaco. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of success in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Develop detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows to support the implementation of new systems and enhancements.
* Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
* Analyze and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for decision-making.
* Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state, proposing solutions to bridge the gap.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring that requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology, applying knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement and systems implementation.
* Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
* Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
