We support our clients in critical areas such as cyber operations, signals intelligence, and human intelligence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture, analyze, decompose, and design system requirements.
  • Conduct analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for innovative hardware systems and applications.
  • Generate requirements and utilize independent verification and validation tools.
  • Employ systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, JAMA, JIRA).
  • Identify technical trends in information technology and stay informed on ongoing IT projects and business unit needs.
  • Apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Spiral, Waterfall) to development efforts.
  • Implement Model-Based Systems Engineering principles.
  • Utilize Enterprise Architecture frameworks and principles.
  • Provide Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) support.
  • Leverage Digital Twin technology for virtual design capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance of developed systems with enterprise technical architecture.
  • Keep senior management informed about project or program status.
  • Assist project and program teams in preparing for management reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT system automation, including artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML).
  • Familiarity with automated testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform).
  • Understanding of Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) in iterative development.
  • Experience in cloud design, implementation, and configuration.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Perl).
