Position Overview

The Airframe Structural Analysis Group plays a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity of various components, including the airframe fuselage, landing gear, and propulsion systems, along with all associated attachments. This position primarily focuses on static analysis of airframe structures.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Standard Work procedures necessary for executing these analyses. A minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing PATRAN/NASTRAN (or equivalent finite element software) for modeling airframe structures is required, along with 10 years of conventional static analysis experience. Additionally, 5 years of experience in fatigue analysis of airframe structures is preferred. Familiarity with rotary-wing airframes is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and candidates must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

A Bachelor of Science degree is required for this position.
