Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing data, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
The Customer Support Analyst will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting, with regular breaks and opportunities for rest.
