We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Navasota Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, while adhering to patient care policy guidelines.
  • Identify and report any conditions requiring management attention.
  • Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
  • Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Record resident vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
  • Turn and position residents to maintain range of motion and reality orientation.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Assistant Certification from a recognized institution.
  • Good communication skills and excellent self-discipline.
  • Ability to care for and show interest in elderly and handicapped individuals.
  • Compliance with the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
  • Compliance with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
