Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Position

About the Role
Korzen Health is partnering with St Joseph's Hospital and Healogics to find a full-time Certified Nurse Practitioner. This position will involve working at two locations in Texas, Madison and Grimes County. The successful candidate will be part of a full-team setup from the initial start date, with a great work flow and excellent support system.
The Wound Care Center is an Academic Affiliated program, offering a range of benefits and opportunities for growth. The scope of practice includes:
- Full-team support, including a case manager, office manager, and front and back-end support
- Two rooms with a team of nurses and a case manager
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- No nights, no call, and no weekends
- Work with adult and geriatric patients
- Opportunity for growth within leadership
- Wound care training provided
- Travel to Madison (2 days) and Grimes (2 days) required
- 4 days - 32 hours per week
- Base salary with bonus plan in place
- Full healthcare benefits, 401k, PTO, and CME allowances
Requirements:
- TX State license
- Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Must have 1 year of NP experience
- NP procedure experience, including sutures and I&D
