Clinical Trial Educator

The Clinical Trial Educator (CTE) plays a pivotal role in disseminating knowledge regarding clinical trial eligibility criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare professionals. This position is responsible for delivering educational presentations aimed at boosting patient enrollment rates. The CTE will collaborate closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other medical teams in the field to devise tailored recruitment strategies. Furthermore, this role entails building partnerships with referring physicians and developing referral networks to enhance site operations. The Clinical Trial Educator will also engage with support groups relevant to the therapeutic area. This is a full-time, field-based role that requires up to 75% travel.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Experience in Clinical Research is essential
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred
  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) is advantageous
  • Experience in community engagement is required
  • Familiarity with Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse range of individuals
  • A background in business is beneficial
  • Proficiency in customer service
  • Strong technological and administrative skills
  • Outstanding presentation capabilities
