Job Description: Speech and Swallowing Disorders Treatment Professional

Overview: OneHome is a leading provider of post-acute care services, and we are seeking an experienced Speech and Swallowing Disorders Treatment Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to assess, treat, and prevent language, speech, and swallowing disorders.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $105,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to cater to the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure effective communication and care
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field and provide education to patients and their families regarding speech therapy methods and progress

Requirements:
  • Valid in-state driver's license, current registration, and insurance
  • Driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years
  • Minimum 1+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors
