Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a qualified Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Per Diem SLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule and choose from a variety of shifts to fit your needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric populations and be well-versed in the management of chronic diseases that relate to communication, cognition, and swallowing. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients on a flexible schedule
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current licensure as an SLP in the state of practice
  • Experience working with geriatric populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range:

$60-$75 per hour, depending on experience
