Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with machine design experience to work directly with our Principal Engineer in the design of equipment and integration of robotics for volume production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment for product manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to production teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial machinery design and manufacturing.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in 3D modeling software and manufacturing process knowledge.
  • Project management experience and knowledge of MS Project or similar tools.
