About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffold Leadman to join our team at Heat Tech Industrial. As a key member of our scaffolding services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of scaffolders, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Plan and prepare scaffolds in accordance with project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all scaffolding equipment is properly maintained and stored.
  • Monitor and maintain scaffold inventory, ordering materials as needed to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Train new scaffolders and provide ongoing training for existing team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with both cuplock and ringlock scaffolding systems.
  • Strong knowledge of scaffold construction and safety regulations, including MSHA/OSHA 10 certification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineered scaffold designs.
  • Valid scaffolding certification (e.g. CISRS) and a valid driver's license.
