Operations Manager, Behavioral Health Services Position

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Behavioral Health Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients by ensuring efficient delivery of behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Behavioral Health Services
- Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate and improve service delivery
- Manage patient access, visit volume, and benchmark standards
- Develop and implement process monitoring systems and actionable data reports
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and address patient concerns
- Support clinical initiatives and internal referral processes
- Participate in hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required. Master of Social Work (MSW) preferred
- Three years of managerial experience in a mental health or healthcare setting preferred, or relevant experience
- Experience in practice management in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of compliance regulations for Article 28 and Article 31 clinics
- Experience working in article 31 and article 28 environments strongly desired
- Experience working with the LGBT community and individuals living with HIV and/or mental health concerns preferred
