Operations Manager of Behavioral Health Services

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager of Operations for our Behavioral Health Services team at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients by ensuring efficient and effective delivery of behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Behavioral Health Services across multiple locations
- Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate and improve service delivery
- Manage patient access, visit volume, and benchmark standards
- Develop and implement process monitoring systems and actionable data reports
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and address patient concerns
- Support clinical initiatives and internal referral processes
- Participate in hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required in a related field. Master of Social Work (MSW) preferred
- Three years managerial experience in a mental health or healthcare setting preferred, or relevant experience
- Experience in practice management in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of compliance regulations for Article 28 and Article 31 clinics
- Experience working in article 31 and article 28 environments strongly desired
- Experience working with the LGBT community and those living with HIV and/or mental health concerns preferred
