Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive patient care, including history and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting tests, and prescribing medications.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct health assessments, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and provide education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent clinical skills and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
