We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Red Knight Solutions, LLC in Liberty, NC.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities in an end-user environment.
This is a long-term potential opportunity with a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour (W2) and a conversion period typically around 6 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to client-identified VIPs, responding to change management requests, and performing IMAC activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent technical support services to clients
- Respond to service desk calls and emails in a timely manner
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment
- Meet established customer service satisfaction levels and other operational metrics
Requirements:
- Maintain all required OEM certifications as directed by Management
- Have 3+ years of experience with relevant software and hardware systems
- Understand ITIL methodologies and best practices
- A+ certification is highly desirable
