Job OverviewF2OnSite is the fastest growing IT field services company in the United States, with hundreds of employee technicians in over 40 states. We specialize in hardware break/fix services, data migration, and installations across various technologies including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and point of sale systems.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware, as well as providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include performing basic and complex repairs, installing new equipment, and migrating data to ensure seamless system operations. Additionally, you will be required to work closely with our team members to meet client needs and exceed expectations. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Estimated salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities* Perform basic and complex troubleshooting and repair activities on computer hardware
* Provide support to clients identified VIPs
* Respond to change management requests, including installing new PC equipment, providing end-user desk-side support, and other related activities
* Perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities
* Display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications* Technical school certification or equivalent experience (2-3 years)
* Maintain OEM Certifications as directed by Management
* Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
* Understanding of ITIL methodologies
* A+ certification desired
* Ability to follow instructions and processes with minimal supervision
* Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
