Position Overview

The Engineering Trainee will engage in tasks that necessitate the application of established engineering methodologies and practices. Project assignments and specific duties will differ based on the market sectors. Below is a summary of the various market segments:

The Global Facilities team is tasked with the planning and design of production facilities, office buildings, district energy systems, data centers, and mission-critical infrastructures. They operate across multiple sectors, including food and beverage, consumer goods, healthcare, commercial enterprises, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace manufacturing.

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and maintaining good academic standing in a post-secondary education or technical certification program relevant to the department's work. Required
  • Previous internship or related consulting experience is preferred.
  • Active participation in campus, community, or other volunteer organizations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic learner, with a willingness to grow and develop within the industry.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
  • Engagement in campus or community activities is preferred.
  • Candidates must possess legal authorization to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
