Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Expert to join our team at UASA, a dynamic company. This role is full-time.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and policies.
- Assist technicians with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide basic technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and office, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in using customer service software.
