Job Description:

We are seeking a Development Nurse Specialist to join our Women and Children's Health team at The MetroHealth System. This role will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and documenting education programs for nursing personnel, with a focus on evidence-based practice and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement education programs for nursing staff
  • Evaluate and refine program materials to ensure best practice and accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance patient care and outcomes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current State of Ohio RN license
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, or other Education-related field (or obtain within 3 years)
  • Three years clinical experience in applicable nursing setting
  • Certification in clinical specialty (or obtain within 1 year)

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and advance patient care outcomes.
