With a strong background in scientific or healthcare clinical settings, pharmaceutical industry experience, or post-graduate fellowship experience, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Scientific Expertise: Complete core training curriculum and basic MSL and Therapeutic Area (TA) Certification; demonstrate accountability to continuous learning and growth; complete recertification where applicable; maintain professional licensure with CEU documentation where applicable.
  • External HCP and Stakeholder Engagement: Establish robust long-term relationships with Thought Leaders and other key stakeholders through education on up-to-date scientific information; actively seek future stakeholders and emerging Thought Leader groups; leverage knowledge of US and Global definitions and strategies to develop and pull through local Area Business Unit strategy.
  • Education: Deliver educational presentations to external audiences, stakeholders, and customers groups; identify educational gaps and provide subsequent recommendations for educational resource, content, or initiative development.
  • Research: Support research projects aligned with medical and brand strategy, including facilitating investigator-initiated research (IIR) and research site identification.

You will be responsible for generating relevant HCP and stakeholder insights that deepen understanding of patients, HCPs, consumers, or treatment landscape. Document and communicate them accordingly within the system or to stakeholders to inform, refine, and enhance tactics and strategy.

We are seeking an incumbent who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrates understanding of clinical trial design, ability to critically evaluate the medical literature, and ability to work in a team environment.

The estimated salary range for this position is $140,500 - $223,600. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission, as well as health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and other benefits. This posting will be available for application until at least 11/22/2024.
