About the Role:
We are seeking candidates to fill a critical position as an Industrial Tool Specialist. In this role, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on complex state-of-the-art high-volume automated manufacturing production die assemblies.
- Conduct test runs with completed tools or dies to ensure that parts meet specifications; make adjustments as necessary.
- Fitness and assembly of parts to make, repair, or modify Dies, Jigs, Gages, and Tools, using Machine Tools and Hand Tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology, Mechatronics, or related program preferred.
- 3-5 years of industrial tooling experience OR 0-2 years of experience and a two-year technical degree, industrial maintenance certification (or equivalent).
- Experience as a Machinist, Toolmaker, or Tool and Die Maker highly desired.
