Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Licenses: Current Virginia State RN License is mandatory.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required (may be obtained during orientation). Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required within 90 days of hire (New Graduates have 6 months to obtain). Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification must be obtained within 6 months for New Hires and New Graduates.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required, with a preference for candidates having 2 years of nursing experience.
