Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse I to join our team at Northern Light Inland Hospital. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the dynamic and fast-paced Emergency Department.

Estimated Salary: $73,400 - $93,700 per year

Based on location, experience, and qualifications, this salary estimate reflects the competitive compensation package we offer.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to assigned patients, demonstrating expertise in emergency nursing practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, advocating for evidence-based practices and reporting near misses or safety issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in emergency nursing or a related field is beneficial but not required.
