">We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Northern Light Inland Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse who wants to make a difference in the lives of patients.

">This 13-week assignment will have you working in our busy Emergency Room, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
">Responsibilities
">As a Critical Care Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing professional nursing care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological issues.">
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.">
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.">
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.">
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient records and progress notes.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A current Registered Nurse License.">
- At least one year of experience in the Emergency Department or a similar critical care setting.">
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.">
- Strong generalist skills and the ability to triage patients effectively.">
- Experience with cardiac patients, ICU holds, central lines, BiPaps, vents, procedural sedation, and rapid sequence intubation.">
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain open communication with colleagues and patients.">
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.">
