Maintenance Supervisor

CSC Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our communities, ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance tasks personally and delegate to assistants, overseeing and occasionally inspecting work performed by assistants.
- Institute and manage systems for handling resident service requests, completing work orders within 24 hours as much as possible.
- Schedule maintenance personnel in conjunction with manager to ensure maintenance is available for emergency purposes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings with entire staff, maintaining and communicating HAZCOM standards, and keeping SDS sheets current and readily accessible.
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc.
- Schedule and perform minor and routine maintenance on all appropriate equipment on a regular basis.
- Inspect and maintain all tools in excellent condition.
- Develop and support all maintenance staff members, instilling a 'safety first' attitude not only with maintenance technicians but with all staff members.
- At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
- Must be HVAC and CPO certified.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends as circumstances warrant, and on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
