Your impact as an Infant Educator:

We are looking for a passionate and committed Infant Educator to join our Shepherd's Flock. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a warm and stimulating learning atmosphere for children aged 9 to 18 months. You will have the opportunity to blend your educational expertise with the core values of our faith-based organization, offering a comprehensive educational experience for the children.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 7 AM - 3 PM and 10 AM - 6 PM.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline, including coursework in Human Growth and Development and Lifespan Development.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in early childhood care is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with infants aged 9 to 18 months.
  • Completion of Early Childhood Education Level 3 or willingness to obtain post-hire.
  • Completion of Infant Toddler Level 2 certification or willingness to obtain post-hire.
