As a Mobile Associate, you will be an integral part of a Retail Team of Experts, embodying the T-Mobile brand. You will serve as a brand ambassador, generating enthusiasm and excitement around our products and services. Your passion for the connected world will shine in a dynamic environment where technological innovations and customer needs are constantly evolving. You will engage in meaningful interactions with our customers, building and nurturing relationships that set us apart in the wireless industry.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Develop expertise in serving and selling to our customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering loyalty by:
  • Assisting customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Identifying individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
  • Collaborating with customers to find tailored solutions that enhance their connectivity and lifestyle, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices.
  • Addressing service and sales inquiries with professionalism, integrity, and empathy.

You will also:

  • Become proficient in utilizing digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding to effectively demonstrate:
  • Our extensive coverage and how it benefits customers in their local areas.
  • Why T-Mobile's plans and services empower customers to live life to the fullest.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, acquiring new skills and knowledge of systems and resources.
  • Maximize your time on shift by continuously seeking information and staying updated on innovations in wireless technology.

Additionally, you will:

  • Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across various channels to:
  • Collectively enhance the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
  • Identify and refer small business leads.
  • Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting (Required).
  • A genuine passion for advocating for customers and the ability to connect authentically (Required).
  • A competitive spirit and a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment (Required).
  • A willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers (Required).
  • The ability to balance customer needs with performance goals (Required).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:
