The Service Technician plays a crucial role in the customer experience after installation. This position is dedicated to collaborating with clients to assess and maintain previously installed foundation repair and water management systems. The Service Technician also provides customers with additional service options and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled appointments with clients.
  • Travel to customer locations based on assigned schedules.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients while representing the company professionally.
  • Suggest additional products and services to enhance the original installation or address potential issues, following established guidelines.
  • Perform annual maintenance visits to review previously completed work.
  • Handle reactive service calls, diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Install additional products as requested by customers.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations while executing responsibilities.
  • Assess solutions installed by the company to determine warranty or non-warranty work.
  • Communicate job status updates and submit necessary documentation to the Service Manager and clients as required.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in construction or home improvement is advantageous.
  • Strong customer relations skills are preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is necessary.

Requirements

  • Full-time position.
  • Combination of remote and onsite work, reporting to a branch location.
  • Service area within designated territory.
