We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef and Cook to join our team at Sky High Ranch for our summer camp program. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of meals for our campers and staff. If you have a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals for 175+ people per meal, ensuring that all dietary requirements are met.
- Oversee the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
- Work collaboratively with the program director to plan and prepare meals for special events.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
