As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the lead counselors, cabin counselors, and CITs in creating a safe and engaging environment for campers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support lead counselors, cabin counselors, and CITs in daily living, camp activities, and staff/camper interactions.
  • Assist in guiding, counseling, and supporting all staff, campers, and CITs to carry out camp goals.
  • Support the property, hospitality, operational, program, health, and cabin leadership team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Some college preferred or equivalent post-high school leadership/supervisory work experience.
  • Current or willingness to obtain certifications in First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Mandated Reporter, Universal Standard Precautions, and Medication Administration.
  • Experience working with children, in an outdoor program, and/or camp setting.
  • Proven experience in leadership and supervision of children, peers, or staff.
Working Environment:

Camps are located at altitudes of 8,000-9,500 feet. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, extended overnight periods, and extended work hours. Required daily exposure to highly stimulating and loud environments.
