Position Overview:

Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Director of Client Services and collaborate closely with the Executive Manager to foster strong, lasting relationships with our self-funded medical, dental, and ancillary benefit client groups.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for daily operations, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of client onboarding and implementation with clear communication and diligence.
  • Build and maintain trust with existing clients by addressing inquiries and setting realistic expectations.
  • Utilize independent judgment to oversee projects related to new client group implementations.
  • Deliver exceptional service and insightful recommendations regarding CBG products.
  • Address client concerns promptly, leveraging internal resources for grievances and appeals.
  • Contribute to the overall performance of your service delivery team and provide daily progress updates.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assist in the creation and design of client presentations.
  • Prioritize daily tasks effectively to manage multiple accounts and projects.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess an associate degree or two years of relevant experience in business, along with one to three years of experience in the health benefits or insurance sector. A proven history of managing client relationships, achieving high customer satisfaction, and retaining clients is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to work both independently and within team environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level is required. Knowledge of Third-Party Administration (TPA) is advantageous.
