Job Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering a world-class experience to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will be able to navigate multiple business areas, including retail, rental, and custom clothing sales. They will be expected to engage with customers, build relationships, and provide exceptional service.

The Customer Experience Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to brand standards, and participating in visual merchandising efforts.

Essential Functions:

  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales growth.
  • Build relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact.
  • Meet and maintain personal sales volume goals while maintaining an above-average quality of sale.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including complying with brand standards.
  • Help monitor the security of company property and report any discrepancies.
  • Participate in merchandise stock counts and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain a workplace free of harassment and discrimination by adhering to company policies.
Physical Requirements

The Customer Experience Specialist must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
