CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a driven individual to join our organization as a Sales Representative. With 120 years of experience in the industry, we lead the way in innovation and excellence.

The role will involve learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar tasks. As you master our systems and process, you will become an expert in training and developing your team members, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.

This is a paid weekly position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base.
  • Research new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members.
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
