- Oversee assembly and disassembly processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems to minimize downtime.
- Perform validation testing to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Document procedures for compliance and record-keeping.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- 3+ years' experience working from heights with fall protection.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Skilled in detecting safety hazards and implementing corrective actions.
- Experienced in repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes.
- Currently hold an active U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Knowledge of live aircraft operations and C-17 platform experience.
