Position Summary

We are expanding our Delivery team and seeking an additional Project Implementation Leader to enhance our Operations team.

This position is accountable for the comprehensive delivery of each project after it has been contracted within our Transportation division. The Project Implementation Leader collaborates with our Sales team to comprehend client requirements, assist in defining the project scope, and execute the project following contract approval. This role is both internally and externally focused, leading client communications regarding project progress and updates while managing project expectations. They work closely with our internal teams to ensure timely delivery that aligns with the established project scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure project delivery aligns with agreed-upon project margins (i.e., manage scope, schedule, and budget effectively).
  • Monitor both internal and external project progress for clients.
  • Facilitate client communication throughout the project lifecycle via meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Oversee team dynamics to guarantee project completion and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate requirements and coordinate project activities.
  • Work alongside our Sales team during the sales phase to ensure a seamless transition into project execution.
  • Grasp customer needs and effectively relay pertinent information to internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, GIS, or IT.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Experience with GIS software is essential.
  • Familiarity with 3D environment navigation and feature extraction related to state DOTs is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and resolve issues as they arise, both internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication abilities, and project management expertise.
