- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management within a software development environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with experience in software development. Familiarity with software development tools and best practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with a focus on long-term growth and user adoption.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Certification: PMP, Agile, or SCRUM certification is highly desirable.
