Job Summary

Linkwell Health, a leading consumer experience company, seeks a seasoned Web Quality Assurance and Testing Manager to drive high-quality product delivery across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with technology, product, and client success teams to ensure seamless execution of content marketing and consumer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive QA and testing process to meet business growth demands.
  • Collaborate with product design teams to ensure deliverables align with business requirements.
  • Lead the development of product test cases and coordinate QA and UAT resources as needed.
  • Work closely with technical resources to log and resolve product bugs.
  • Recommend and deploy tools to enhance the efficiency and scalability of product testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in automated testing technologies for Web and email environments.
  • Experience with Web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to adapt and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
