We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Deli Taqueria team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and serve made-to-order taqueria menu items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Operate equipment, including grills and fryers, to prepare food items
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, handling customer payments and making change as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer demands
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
