LPN/LVN Job Opportunity

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality patient care in a home environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and caring LPNs to join our team. As an LPN with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to work with infants, children, and adolescents, providing one-to-one patient care and executing physicians' prescribed plans of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home nursing care to patients
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Qualifications:

  • Good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
