Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate and maintain process-related equipment and plant process control systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize process conditions.
  • Collect and Report Data: Collect and report plant measurements related to performance, asset utilization, quality, costs, and yields.
  • Perform Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Determine root causes of deviations in process, product, or equipment performance through the use of troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize process performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure Safety and Environmental Stewardship: Perform individual duties with a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardship.
Requirements
  • Basic Computer Skills: Demonstrate basic computer skills and proficiency in using process control and information systems.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be able to work all applicable shifts on a regular basis, including weekends and holidays, and work overtime when needed.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 50 pounds, lift hoses, bolt flanges, and operate valves and similar equipment routinely. Be able to climb ladders/stairs and work at heights. Be able to work in tight or closed-in spaces and extreme environmental conditions.
