Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Agile Methodologies: Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and coach agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage geographically dispersed teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software and related tools, including JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to gather and analyze feedback to ensure project objectives are aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or ASM).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, etc., and best practices.
  • Technical background in software development, Java, Angular, and AWS is a plus.
  • PMP certification will add as an advantage.
