The Accounting Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing support to the accounting team. This role requires excellent Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including direct and indirect labor reports.
- Prepare and enter journal entries for all divisions.
- Apply A/R cash into systems and run Crystal reports to compare financials for accuracy.
- Produce monthly commissions for all divisions and communicate with relevant individuals.
- Prepare year-end commissions for sales reps based on their annual earnings.
- Generate monthly sales reports and create inventory tickets.
- Maintain engineering change records and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
An associate's degree from a two-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to advance your career in accounting, we encourage you to apply.
