Certifications No specific certifications required. Key Responsibilities The following duties represent the primary essential functions of this role. Additional tasks, both major and minor, may be assigned as necessary, and specific responsibilities may evolve over time.
Conducts regular cleaning of patient rooms, nursing stations, administrative offices, clinical spaces, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and staircases in a tidy, organized, and sanitary manner. Employs the correct cleaning agents and supplies in accordance with established protocols. Operates and maintains cleaning equipment properly. Disposes of waste and hazardous materials in designated areas. Completes and submits required documentation accurately and promptly (e.g., survey data, discharge or transfer forms, etc.). Assembles the Environmental Services cart with necessary supplies.
