Salary: The hourly range for this role is $18.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.

Job Description:

As a Sales Enablement Co-op at UnitedHealth Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that solutions for customers with insurance needs come to fruition. This 5-month internship opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in call center operations, insurance sales, and more.

You will be trained on the specifics of your sales enablement track and gain exposure to the broader operations. Additionally, you will have opportunities for networking, collaboration, and mentorship from experienced insurance professionals and leaders.

The intent of our Co-op program is to provide return internship opportunities or full-time employment opportunities at UnitedHealth Group, depending on eligibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the duration of the Co-op and seeking academic credit for the experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during full hours of operation, 8am - 10pm ET, based upon business need
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
