About This Opportunity

As a Retail Sales Manager at United Wireless, you'll be responsible for leading by example and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results. With a strong focus on customer service, sales, and operations, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Complete regular observations of store employees' interactions with customers, providing constructive feedback to enhance their development, training, and coaching conversations.
  • Assist with customer-related issues that positively impact the customer experience within the T-Mobile brand and expectations.
  • Take ownership of store success, ensuring employee work-related needs are met, and maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
  • Support operational excellence by monitoring sales and inventory, managing sales tracking, and implementing new store programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment at all times.
  • Hire and develop store employees who share our passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and embracing the T-Mobile Brand and digital technology.
  • Drive behaviors that lead to earning customer loyalty and recognition for store employees, while staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices.
  • Lead by example, fostering an inclusive environment that supports team initiatives and promotes employee growth and development.
  • Meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements, sales goals, and maintain accurate records of employee performance.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Legislatively authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • No schedule restrictions.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
